	I have always enjoyed working with numbers, and grew up in a family with a passion for real estate investments. My career as a Real Estate Loan Officer is a natural fit. I earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance from San Jose State University, and have worked as a Loan Officer in the home lending industry for the last 17 years. I spent many years working for mortgage brokers, and the last two years I have been with Academy Mortgage Corp., one of the nation's largest and most respected direct home mortgage lenders. Nothing makes me happier than putting borrowers into a loan program that suits their specific needs best. I originate both purchase and refinance home loans. Primary loan programs available include conventional (at least 20% down payment), FHA (minium 3.5% down payment), VA (100% financing), and USDA (100% financing). I am also a trained FHA 203k Renovation Loan Specialist. This program can be used to provide borrowers with both the money to purchase a fixer-upper AND the repair monies needed to turn the house into the home of your dreams!
